Total Body Quick Stretch & Core - Yoga Loop Strap Workout
Is it time to stretch?
Do your hips and shoulders feel oh so achey.?
Maybe you’re sitting too much, running or working out too much or just plain wrapped too tight…
And on top of that, you don’t have a lot of time to spare.
Fear not my friend- this workout is for you!
I'm using the loop strap from Everstretch but you can use any yoga strap or a towel if you don’t have one.
Here are some benefits to using a strap during your stretches:
It’s a great way for beginners and tighter folks to get into poses easily and safely
They are great for home workouts- they take up very little space and are suitable for all levels
The best way to open hips and shoulders- without risking injury
Helps you find proper form and alignment- which can be tricky if your legs or arms are super tight.
Can help you track progress- you’ll notice when you can get deeper into a pose by the length of the strap- or if you no longer need the strap because you’ve gained flexibility
Try this ten minute workout at home or on the road.
It will stretch your total body.
