Joints and Bones

We focus TONS on muscle. We exercise. We love to get a massage. You focus a lot on your skin - you triple cleanse serum and moisturize. Youre drinking that h2o and staying hydrated.

But do you think about your bones and joints? It’s easy to forget them, and depending on your age, as you may not ‘feel them’ very often.

But the more you keep your joints and bones strong and stable, the longer they’re going to keep you moving. It’s easy for these parts of your body to weaken over time, so think about incorporating some Pilates yoga or tai chi into your next routine.

Oral Health

Brushing and flossing can’t do all the work. The ADA recommends you to see a dentist every six months to get a check up and deep clean of your teeth and gums.

Oral health is crucial for overall wellbeing, as tooth decay and gum disease can even affect the heart and brain if left too long.

Cleaning teeth does a lot, but see your dentist dont delay it!

Hearing Care

Just like your eyes, your ears need some care and attention too.

For adults over the age of 18, it’s good to have a hearing test done once a decade. For those over the age of 60, this number becomes a lot more frequent, with tests recommended every one to two years. This way you’ll spot a need for hearing aids a lot sooner, and you’re far less likely to struggle if your hearing has been impacted. Sustained loud music and noise at work can damage your hearing so make sure to asceduke regular tests in
