Look for both Youtube videos and new characters all month long

Let’s get the plant party started with a ball bang with one of our favorite villanesses- Pamela Isley aka Poison Ivy

You can check out the makeup look below

My Poison Ivy costume and makeup techniques are updated this year from last year -check out her new cat eye in green:). The red hair always seem to bring out a reaction in people

Speaking of cats- and before we get into today’s Poison Ivy Pilates Core Workout with a Ball lets get into

some Fun Facts about Poison Ivy:

  • Poison owes her existence to Catwoman! Selina was so popular in the 60s they decided to write more women villans

  • Her superpower is destruction by touch. Her blood is toxic and it seeps through skin. She often administers this poison by kissing people (I wish I did that to some of my exes tbh)

  • Did you know Poison Ivy was once on Suicide Squad? No they didnt put her in the movies but ashe was in the comics in the 80s

  • She is best known for her vine monster called Harvest that got pretty crazy after she fed people to it

You’ll be in tip top fighting villain shape and ready to take on Gothams fiercest after this hardcore pilates ball routine!

Today’s Workout will feature plenty of planks, core, balance moves, butt work and will challenge every angle of your abs!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

during halloween fit fun i honor freinds i have llst.

Silver Lucy was a huge inspiration and dear friend to me, and succumbed in 2020 to Ovarian Cancer.  Her sparkly designs have been featured across my channels since I began. She was one of the first people I met upon my arrival to San Francisco and I will never forget how warm fun and special every moment with her was. It’s rare that a day goes by that I do not think of her. She is truly missed by so many and the world lost a special irreplaceable person when she left.

See the below for some facts about Ovarian cancer, It is often detected in its late stages, as it was with Silver. Many many many people wish she were still here today and I wish no one would ever have to watch a friend mother sister daughter or partner lost to this vicious disease

Here are some ovarian cancer early warning signs:

  • Pelvic or abdominal pain or cramping.

  • Feeling full quickly after starting to eat or lack of appetite.

  • Indigestion or upset stomach.

  • Nausea.

  • Feeling like you have to urinate more frequently or urgently than normal.

  • Unexplained exhaustion.

  • Bloating and/or constipation.

Getting tested for mutations in the BCRA gene will also determine risk factors.
